K-Love’s 30 Day Challenge: Day 6

I still don’t know what to think about the falling out. I knew it would come, it always does, but I tried so hard to have faith that maybe this time it wouldn’t. And this time, it went so far, the farthest it’s ever gone, and suddenly it was just ripped away. I know I… Read More K-Love’s 30 Day Challenge: Day 6

K-Love’s 30 Day Challenge: Day 4

If I close my eyes and think really hard, I’m in another time. I’m not in my cramped, fluorescently lit dorm room, and I can’t hear the power plant through my open windows. The thing about disappointments, though, is that there’s all a lot of love (and hugs) there too.
Big life changes… I’m a master and a mama now.
Doing something a little new on the blog here, except it’s not so new because it’s how my writing career started 10 years ago: reporting! It was an honor and privilege to write this piece on behalf of the @summithickorypitbbq family. This picture is a throwback to me working there over winter break my freshman year of college 🤗❤️
Last time I posted was in honor of Jesus’s birthday, so I guess it’s only fair my next post celebrates His resurrection.
Life’s been as crazy as 70° weather in Missouri on Christmas Eve… but I’ll take it because nothing makes me happier than spending time outside with my three favorites.
Today was the most productive day I’ve had in a few weeks.
